Jessica Apgar founded Network Exchange LLC. She firmly understands the critical role networking plays in business evolution. As an entrepreneur, she often lacked the time and resources needed to expand her business. She experienced challenges other business owners had including a shortage of time and resources to truly focus on expanding her client base and creating awareness of her services. As a result, she identified several opportunities for improving and innovating traditional networking practices, such as business card exchanges and elevator speeches.
Over the past five years, Jessica has been studying and evaluating innovative network programs based on the paradigms of Fortune 500 businesses and educating herself with leading industry counselors like Robert Kiyosake, Tony Robbins, and Jen Sincero. Leveraging her additional experience in operations and logistics within the import/export industry, Jessica applied her expertise with managing the integration of diverse, international businesses to help her form many of the founding principles of Network Exchange.
Finally, Jessica decided that it was time to connect businesses and networking organizations with effective marketing, development, and coaching resources while building an organization that truly stands apart from the traditional array of networking and industry forums – Network Exchange.
In addition to her role as Network Exchange’s founder, Jessica is also the Program Director of the Middlesex Chapter of BW NICE (Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education), a non-profit organization providing women with support, resources, and education while also raising awareness about and supporting the fight against domestic violence. Jessica is also the owner of Divorce Mediation Resources, she is a mediator assisting couples through the divorce process and helping people find their niche or passion after a divorce.
As a business creator, her role is on helping entrepreneurs with their start-ups or scaling and growing established businesses. Her experience with decorating and designing brick-and-mortar businesses, coupled with her success in forming, building, and selling them to their forever owners, has helped her develop her eye for business presentation.
